Dear Child of God,
I feel an overwhelming urgency in my spirit to write to you today. We are stepping from Day 12 of the Daniel Fasting, and God is calling you to a pivotal moment. I’m not speaking to the masses—I’m speaking directly to you. Yes, you, Child of God. God has placed you on my heart, and this message is for you alone.
As I’ve been praying for you during this fast, the Lord showed me that there are chains around your life—chains of fear, control, and toxic relationships that have held you captive for far too long. These chains are spiritual, emotional, and even relational, and they are designed by the enemy to keep you from entering the fullness of God’s promises for 2025.
But God says to you today:
“No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord.” (Isaiah 54:17)
Child of God, It’s Time to Break Free
Have you ever felt like no matter how hard you try, something always pulls you back? Like you’re stuck in a cycle you can’t escape? Maybe it’s a toxic relationship that drains you, a spirit of control that keeps you anxious, or even fear that paralyzes you from taking bold steps forward.
The Israelites knew this struggle. God delivered them from Egypt, yet many couldn’t enter the Promised Land because they clung to fear, control, and old patterns. They were free, but they weren’t walking in freedom.
Child of God, does this resonate with you? Are you free, but not walking in the fullness of freedom?
God is telling you today:
“I have already broken the chains. But you must step out of them, walk in faith, and trust Me completely.”
The Spirit of Control Must Be Broken
One of the greatest weapons the enemy uses against God’s people is the spirit of control. It whispers lies like:
- “You have to figure this out on your own.”
- “What if God doesn’t come through for you?”
- “You need to hold on tightly, or you’ll lose everything.”
But this spirit is rooted in fear, and fear is not from God.
“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind.” (2 Timothy 1:7)
God wants you to release the need to control outcomes and trust Him completely. He is more than capable of handling every situation in your life.
Child of God, here’s what happens when you let go of control:
- Your anxiety fades because you’re no longer trying to handle things in your own strength.
- God begins to open doors you couldn’t have forced open yourself.
- You step into a peace and freedom that no circumstance can take away.
Toxic Relationships Must Be Severed
Child of God, some of the chains around you are tied to the people in your life. Not everyone who walks with you is sent by God. The enemy often uses toxic relationships to drain your energy, distract you from your purpose, and keep you in bondage.
God is saying to you today:
“Do not be misled: Bad company corrupts good character.” (1 Corinthians 15:33)
This doesn’t mean abandoning everyone, but it does mean asking yourself:
- Are my relationships pushing me closer to God or pulling me away?
- Am I surrounded by people who speak faith or people who speak fear?
- Are my connections building my purpose or breaking my spirit?
Child of God, you cannot carry everyone with you into the Promised Land of 2025. Some connections must be released for you to step into the divine relationships God has prepared for you.

Child of God, I feel this so strongly in my spirit: This is not a day to delay. God is calling you to take action now. The chains around you will not break on their own—they require your faith and obedience.
Heaven is watching, and your decision today will shape your destiny for 2025. Will you respond?
A Prayer for You
Heavenly Father, I lift up Child of God to You today. Lord, You see their struggles, their fears, and their desire for freedom. I ask You to break every chain of control, fear, and toxic relationships in their life. Fill them with Your peace, clarity, and boldness. As they sow in faith and commit to this fast, let Your promises for 2025 manifest in their life. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
