Preparing for the Feast of Unleavened Bread

Preparing for the Feast of Unleavened Bread

Today marks the beginning of the Feast of Unleavened Bread, a sacred time for believers. As we embark on this week-long celebration, it is important to understand its significance and prepare ourselves accordingly.

In Leviticus 23:4-8, the Lord established the appointed festivals, including the Feast of Unleavened Bread. During this time, we are instructed to eat bread made without yeast for seven days and to hold a sacred assembly on the first and seventh days. It is a time of offering and refraining from regular work.

God warned the children of Israel that anyone who consumed leavened bread during this period would be cut off from His blessings. Obedience to this principle is crucial for experiencing breakthroughs, deliverance, and the fulfillment of God’s promises in our lives.

Therefore, let us take this opportunity to celebrate this feast unto the Lord. Set aside this week for Him, abstain from servile work, and remove all yeast from our homes. Let us partake of unleavened bread daily, remembering the deliverance of the children of Israel from bondage and slavery.

Furthermore, it is essential to approach God with a grateful heart and not appear before Him empty-handed. As Exodus 23:15 states, we should bring an offering during the Feast of Unleavened Bread.

Today, I encourage you to send me your prayer requests, sharing the areas in which you are seeking deliverance and freedom. Together, we will seek God’s intervention and anticipate great deliverance during this feast.
